PRINCIPLE: The thumb strapping has a policy to keep the thumb in opposition to the other fingers to limit hyperextension of the internal ligament. The elastic belts are supported on the metacarpus and exert a thrust towards the inside of the hand. The neoprene cover the entire column of the thumb, of the first phalanx scaphoid.

INDICATIONS: Prevention of ligament injuries (sprains).

Resumption of activities after a sprain.

Fragility ligament of the thumb.
